All results are notified via SMS to your nominated mobile phone number on file, with either "no action required" or "A non-urgent appointment required" to discuss with a GP.  Otherwise, your GP or a nurse will endeavor to contact you regarding any significant or concerning results. Results will only be given over the phone if this has been authorized by the doctor and only to the patient or parent of a child under 16 years.

Recalls & Reminders

This practice offers "recalls" & "reminders" for patients to promote continuity of care and to ensure best possible health outcomes.

We use SMS & EMAIL to contact you for proactive reminders and other health information. (this does NOT include results or other private information)

Please ensure that we have your most appropriate and up-to-date contact details listed.

Repeat Scripts

An appointment with a Doctor is generally required for script requests, however, you may wish to use our repeat script & repeat referral request via the Automed App or our home page on our website to lodge a request for $25, please allow 7 days for the online reqests. Please note: Repeat scripts are only for medications required on an ongoing basis and strong pain relief and other "S8 medications" are not allowed to be lodged online and require a face to face visit with your GP.
